The Atlantic Council links to their latest Color Revolution playbook in their article. They also just re-released their Color Revolution video. When I went back to my post on the new CIA playbook, I found that they made the original one, private.

Daniel P. Erikson is the current Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for the Western Hemisphere. Erikson will soon become the senior director of the National Security Council for the Western Hemisphere.

In 1974 the PNC aimed to use CARICOM as leverage against Venezuela. Guyanese foreign minister Sonny Ramphal sought to “sound out other governments” in the Caribbean, “promote further the concept of ‘Caribbean identity,’” and “by this means engage Venezuela in constructive Caribbean role which will act to inhibit GOV from pursuing its Essequibo territorial claim.”
