Manuel Mogato, from the Philippines, is the editor of the news website called PressONE.ph. He had been working for Reuters as a correspondent covering political and general news in Manila since 2003, until he departed for One News in 2019, a TV news channel owned by Cignal TV. – Wikipedia

The Philippine Fact-Checker Incubator was established with the financial backing of Facebook, in collaboration with VERA Files and Rappler. The incubated organizations include ABS-CBN News & Current Affairs, Manila Broadcasting Company, MindaNews, Philstar.com, PressONE.ph, and Probe Productions.
