Update: I uploaded a video of myself to verify that I am human, and it was accepted. I recorded the video while lying in bed in my pajamas and I didn’t do my hair. I hope that it scared someone! 😹

YouTube didn’t ask me for a name or birthdate when I submitted my ID, so I don’t know what they mean. I assumed it was using the name on my Google account, which is my legal first and last names. This is going to be a problem if they’re expecting me to use my full legal name for payments.
I have never used my full legal name in my entire life! By full, I mean first, middle, and last names. My full name is on my driver’s license because the Wisconsin DMV insisted that it match my Social Security card exactly. My bank account and bank card do not include my middle name, just my middle initial. My Google account and YouTube account are paid for through my bank card. I have had credit cards declined if I even accidentally entered my middle initial in the payment address if the card didn’t have my middle initial on it. I don’t understand why it’s not accepting it this time when it did last year. Just in case, I entered my full legal name on my Google Payments account.
