I Just Restocked My CBD—And Now It Might Be Banned?

You know that feeling when you finally afford to restock your favorite wellness products? Yeah, I just did that with my hemp-derived CBD soft gels and gummies.

A provision in a new funding bill could effectively ban almost all ingestible hemp products with an insanely restrictive cap of 0.4 milligrams of total THC per container.

• The Problem: The soft gels help me manage my chronic pain, and the gummies are what finally let me sleep.

• The Irony: My current gummies are actually under the proposed limit, but this rule will still wipe out most of the industry, including many non-intoxicating, full-spectrum CBD products people rely on.

• The Fallout: This isn’t about intoxicating products—it’s about snatching away the legal, safe, hemp-derived relief that veterans, seniors, and people with chronic conditions use every single day.

We have a year before this takes effect (November 2026) to fight back. This is unacceptable.
