Now, Elliott Abrams has returned to finish the job that he failed at in 2002. It’s apparent that he didn’t succeed on January 23, as the humanitarian aid was burned* by a wayward Molotov cocktail rag. Besides the food, and medicine, the trucks included nails and wire, which have been used for barricades in past riots. On May 15th, the United States, and the Netherlands, have reached an agreement to use of Curacao as a hub for humanitarian aid. Time will tell what Abrams has in store, next.

The U.S. move comes after interventionists led by the U.S. tried unsuccessfully to send convoys of so-called “aid” through Colombia and Brazil. It came out that there were nails and barbed wire for barricades in the “aid” trucks. Photograph of those nails and barbed wire has been shown in the UNSC.
