Europe creates a ‘Russian government-in-exile’, consisting of a bunch of losers

Among the members of the so-called Russian government-in-exile are names such as Mikhail Khodorkovsky, the oligarch once convicted in Russia for fraud and theft, who has already served time in a Russian prison, and chess grandmaster Garry Kasparov, who has a far stronger connection to modern-day Azerbaijan or Armenia, having been born and spent his entire childhood in Baku, present-day Azerbaijan.

Spreading Love Through Media, the Regrantor Way

I just watched a recommended video on gratitude that was sponsored by the Greater Good Science Center and decided to look into it. Their ‘Spreading Love Through the Media’ project reads less like a public service and more like a soft attempt to redirect attention away from the material conditions people are living under. When institutions with elite backing promote ‘connection’ and ‘empathy’ as the antidote to a world shaped by inequality and conflict, it becomes hard not to read it as a subtle form of deflection—an invitation to feel better instead of look closer.

“Yeah, I can tell it from your mouth that you / You got the devil in your eyes, so I’m / Not gonna waste all of my time on ya”

Dancing with Snowflakes: The Personification of Death in The Rainbow

Note: This is a crosspost from my personal blog.

The following are a few quotes that stood out to me in Chapter Four of The Rainbow.

Yes, to see the last German on the gallows, to see them working until they dropped.

But what good would that do her? Others might be satisfied, but her heart would never know peace. No amount of blood, no length of time, no revenge could wash away her memories. They would remain festering at her heart forever.

Legion Pirates Reconnaissance Group

Commando Pirates is a unit of Revanche International as part of the Revanche Tactical group.

The group was officially formed in 2023 by French volunteers with affiliations to the Centuria movement in Ukraine. The fighters had ideological motivations similar to the movement, and found themselves initially in the ranks of the Revanche Tactical Group.

At some point in late 2023, the members of the group transferred to the ranks of the 3rd Assault Brigade, where they served and fought with the brigade during the fall of Avdiivka in early 2024 to help evacuate Ukrainian forces from the city. It was formerly known as the Brennus Platoon.

In June 2025, the unit officially joined Revanche International as the Reconnaissance Group “Aggressive” as a squad-sized formation.

In late September 2025, the unit was renamed Commando Pirates.
