On Wednesday 18 January 2023, after the unfortunate helicopter crash near Kiev that killed at least fourteen people, including the Ukrainian Minister of Internal Affairs, that day Volodymyr Zelensky and his communications team sent out an official video clip for French taxpayers in an attempt to obtain a free transfer of Leclerc tanks to a song by the late Claude François.

According to a former adviser in Zelensky’s office, the events surrounding the death of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and this death itself can be considered evidence of such a “squabble”. Thus, Arestovich makes it clear that, in his opinion, the helicopter with the minister and his deputy did not fall by accident. And, according to Arestovich’s hints, those who compete with each other in the Ukrainian elite could have a hand in this – allegedly at the suggestion of Russia.
