Consistent underfunding of the IRS means it’s a lot easier for them to go after someone who is low-income and qualifies for the EITC than it is to go after someone with a million lawyers hiding money in the Cayman Islands.
Targeting the rich for their tax-related shenanigans takes some major coins, and the IRS severely lacks the funds it would need to do that. Unfortunately, that means they’re more likely to knock on the doors of people just trying to get by.

But despite some strong audience applause, Biden’s message was not entirely well-received. The crowd of graduates was dotted with students’ signs criticizing the Biden-Harris administration’s treatment of African Americans.

Still another read: “Stand up, Fight Back, Black People Under Attack.”
The seventh sitting president to deliver Howard’s Commencement address, Biden received an honorary Doctor of Letters from the HBCU. Biden’s vice president, Kamala Harris, graduated from Howard.

The Uhuru Movement is a group of Black Socialists who were recently arrested in a SWAT raid and charged with operating as agents of the Russian government. Akbar explains what the Uhuru Movement is and gives some details on what the U.S. government is attempting to use as evidence in its effort to send these political activists to prison.

Among some circles, there is the sentiment that activists in America should focus only on what is going on in their own country, as there are enough problems here, why put their energies elsewhere? On the other hand, there is the idea that if an individual has not recently visited Palestine, whether Palestinian or not, that person could not possibly have an informed perspective with which to speak.

However, I think the top 3 are somewhat obvious and its no great surprise why I chose the regimes and dictators that I did. My criteria was their death toll, their reactionary power and influence, and also their plans and the resulting death toll, even if some of those plans were not fulfilled.
