Indeed, so tightly is the BBC controlled by the British state that since its earliest days its staff have been directly vetted by the British security service — MI5.

This co-ordination of the BBC with military intelligence was organised from a special office inside the BBC’s headquarters.

There was a formal procedure that all staff should be vetted by MI5 except “personnel such as charwomen [cleaners].”

The BBC agreed not to reveal the role of the British Security Services or the existence of the vetting itself.

The UK communications regulator Ofcom has revoked the license of China Global Television Network (CGTN), banning it from broadcasting in the country. The channel, which was due to set up its new European headquarters in London, is accused of being editorially controlled by the country’s ruling Communist Party and thus violating broadcasting rules.

The British state-funded BBC, which has a history of perverted war propaganda against the people of Syria, a history of whitewashing the crimes of terrorists in Syria, a history of flat out lying about events in Syria, has decided to launch another smear against myself, Vanessa Beeley, researchers of the Working Group on Syria, a former ambassador to Syria, and others.

A telling piece in The Nation this week reports some of the conflicts of interest the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation holds in the world’s quest for a COVID-19 vaccine. According to the article, the foundation’s investments in companies working to develop COVID-19 vaccines put Gates “in a position to potentially reap considerable financial gains from the COVID-19 pandemic.”

BBC man quits after claims he helped to topple president in Kyrgyzstan revolt

Arslan Koichiev, 45, who presented and produced a daily show for the country’s six million people, allegedly acted as mentor for a rebel leader. The BBC World Service presenter was even pursued by secret police who tried to kill him with acid, according to the new children’s minister of Kyrgyzstan, Aliasbek Alymkulov.

Mr Alymkulov claimed that Koichiev arranged secret meetings “through the BBC” and marched on the presidential palace during the April 7 uprising last year. In a further bizarre twist, Koichiev, 45, is accused of appearing on a Kyrgyz radio station under a pseudonym and disguising his voice. He denies the claims.

While some content on ICIJ’s website appears to be partial disclosures of information incriminating of Western interets – much of it is not and almost all of it is impossible to verify. This is done to create public confidence and the illusion of legitimacy while in reality ICIJ’s main purpose is spreading false information politically beneficial to the United States and its allies. The ICIJ is one of several manufactured Wikileaks counter-operations.

The ICIJ’s “investigations” almost exclusively targets of Washington’s interests. For example it has a “China Cables” section dedicated to spreading propaganda about China and its security operations in Xinjiang specifically.

Even its “investigation” into money laundering appears to attempt to sell the necessity of strengthening and policing the Wall Street-London dominated global monetary system quickly being circumvented and replaced as more nations seek to overcome growing numbers of US sanctions.
