Why Do Stanford, Harvard and NASA Still Honor a Nazi Past?

By Lev Golinkin

Earlier this year, Harvard unveiled a report of the university’s history of profiting from slavery. “I believe we bear a moral responsibility to do what we can to address the persistent corrosive effects of those historical practices on individuals, on Harvard and on our society,” Lawrence Bacow, the university president, wrote in an open letter to the community. The study was heralded as a long overdue reckoning by an elite institution with its dark past.

EARN IT Act Will Make The Internet Worse For Everyone By Undermining Privacy And Security

To save the children, we must destroy everything. That’s the reality of the EARN IT Act. I mean, you can get some sort of sense of what you’re in store for just by reading the actual words behind the extremely labored acronym: Eliminating Abuse and Rampant Neglect of Interactive Technologies Act. Whew. It’s a mouthful. And, given the name, it seems like this would be Congress putting funding towards supporting moderation efforts that target abusive content.

Using American HIMARs, Ukraine Shelled an Historic Cultural Building in Gorlovka

Eva K Bartlett: Please consider following me on other platforms. My time here on Youtube is limited & will end. I’m on: Odysee, Rumble, Telegram.

On November 12, using American HIMARs (according to DPR military experts), Ukraine fired two shells directly at a cultural building in the DPR’s northern city of Gorlovka, destroying parts of the roof and the theatre hall within.

Built in 1951, the Shakhtar Palace of Culture was formerly a movie theatre and in recent years, a venue for concerts and various cultural events. Alexey, a Gorlovka resident & friend of mine to said that he saw the Donetsk philharmonic play there, and as a youth went there to see movies. He said that children take dancing or singing classes there, though due to Ukraine’s intensified shelling, those classes have been paused.

According to the centre’s director, it was one of the best movie theatres in the Donetsk region, one of the oldest, most beautiful and most beloved buildings in the city.

He noted that HIMARs system is a very precise weapon, the attack was not accidental.

Colonel Douglas Macgregor:

“Your more complex systems like HIMARs, the high mobility rocket system that we provided, are operated exclusively by American and British contractors. Ukrainians aren’t operating them.”

Given that there was no military target there, it is yet another example of Ukraine’s (& Western) terrorism against the people of the Donbass.

Bad News For The Internet: Congress Looking To Sneak In Dangerous ‘Save The Kids!’ Internet Bill Into Year-End Omnibus

Over the last week or so, I keep hearing about a big push among activists and lawmakers to try to get the Kids Online Safety Act (KOSA) into the year-end “must pass” omnibus bill. Earlier this week, one of the main parents pushing for the bill went on Jake Tapper’s show on CNN and stumped for it. And, the latest report from Axios confirms that lawmakers are looking to include it in the lameduck omnibus, or possibly the NDAA (despite it having absolutely nothing to do with defense spending).

Here’s Why 97% of Western Europeans Don’t Drink Fluoridated Water

Fluoride is probably an ingredient you’re used to seeing on your toothpaste or hearing about at your dental clinic. However, most communities in North America also add it to their tap water.

List Of Bottled Water Without Fluoride In 2022 (also gives recommendations for reverse osmosis systems and water pitchers that will filter out fluoride).

Decided to finally start researching something that I’ve had in the back of my mind for a while now. It’s a crazy idea but this just proves a part of it, for me. I’ve been drinking Aquafina, for a few years, but need to look into another brand or a water pitcher. Bottled water is just easier, for me, considering a pitcher won’t fit in my bedside fridge. I haven’t researched any medications that contain fluoride but Fluoxetine (Prozac) is one of them. I haven’t taken it for years (haven’t taken any prescription medications).
