Acceptance of the proposition that the present war is imperialist, i.e., a war between two big freebooters for world domination and plunder, does not yet prove that we should reject defence of the Swiss fatherland. We, Swiss, are defending our neutrality; we have stationed troops on our boundaries for the express purpose of avoiding participation in this robber war!
This is the argument of the social-patriots, the Grütlians, both within the Socialist Party and outside it.

Political West’s “Divide And Rule” Strategy of Destabilizing China’s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).
China’s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) is the most ambitious infrastructure and economic integration project ever devised, linking over 140 countries across Asia, Africa and Europe. Much unlike the political West, Beijing is trying to project power through economic means, a starkly different approach to that of the most aggressive power pole in human history.

Trump, Gaza, and the Network State: Tech Colonialism Rises
Trump’s fixation on taking Gaza, like his obsession with acquiring Greenland, reveals a clear alignment with the Network State ideology.

But don’t take my word for it. Earlier this month, Anduril founder Palmer Luckey gave a statement to Pirate Wiresin which he proposed a new “Liberty City” at the site of the U.S. military base in Guantanamo, Cuba. (Pirate Wires is a website owned by Peter Thiel deputy Mike Solana.)

Donald Trump
In defiance of UN resolutions and international law, he recognised Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, recognised the Syrian Golan Heights as part of Israel, and now wants to turn Gaza into a US real estate development, reconquer Panama, turn Canada into the 51st State of the USA, rename the Gulf of Mexico and seize Greenland, if necessary by force. And it’s only February. The US spent blood, treasure and decades building the Rules-Based International Order. Biden and Trump have left it in tatters.

The Growing US Military Recruitment Crisis: There is no Solution & the Crisis Will Only Grow…
The induction of immigrants into the US military and other short-term solutions may temporarily delay America’s multiplying problems, but it will not make the pursuit of empire any more sustainable in the long run.
Until Washington understands that what it is trying to do cannot (and should not) be done, it can start to solve its many problems sooner.

We Can Now See How Russia and China Feel

China’s purported plan to establish a military training base in Cuba can help the American people to understand more fully Russia’s opposition to NATO expansionism in Eastern Europe and Ukraine as well as China’s opposition to U.S. military bases near China.

NATO to expand Asia-Pacific presence by opening office in Japan + What can China do about it?
Last week, news emerged that NATO intends to open a liaison office in Tokyo, Japan next year. The office would be NATO’s first in the Asia-Pacific region and represents the increasing role of the organisation in preparation for a US-led war against China. Both Tokyo and NATO have confirmed the plans.

What can China do against NATO’s foray into Asia?
So what can China do to respond to this attempt at ‘alliance encirclement’ against it? First, it can strengthen its ties with Russia and aim to create a deeper balance of power in the Asia-Pacific. Secondly, it can revitalize old alliances and strengthen its ties with North Korea as a military partner. After all, the DPRK is still obligated by the 1961 treaty of mutual assistance to come to China’s aid in a war and can be used to contain Japan and South Korea. Thirdly, it can look to build new military partnerships with regional countries who feel similarly threatened by US expansionism; for example, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar. While the rest of ASEAN are likely to stay neutral, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam (excluding the US-aligned Philippines), China should work to improve its relationships with these countries in order to prevent the US from trying to ‘force’ them to choose.
US Ambassador To China: “We’re The Leader” Of The Indo-Pacific
A recent US Chamber of Commerce InSTEP program hosted three empire managers to talk about Washington’s top three enemies, with the US ambassador to China Nicholas Burns discussing the PRC, the odious Victoria Nuland discussing Russia, and the US ambassador to Israel Tom Nides talking about Iran.

When it comes to China, our media ‘experts’ need a lot of help
Since the AUKUS nuclear submarine deal our mainstream media experts have doubled down on the claim Beijing is expansionist. Since few of them can read or speak Chinese maybe I can help them.
