Fact-check: Does This Video Show Strykers in Germany?

This claim, however, is false. Through a reverse image search, Check Your Fact found that the video is from October 2022 and was taken in South Korea, according to DVIDS. The video caption reads, “Stryker vehicles from 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division are offloaded at the Port of Pyeongtaek, South Korea on Oct. 8, 2022.”

Fact Check: NO Evidence Two ‘Far-Right Websites’ Attributed to Pelosi Attack Suspect David DePape Were Faked + My Two Cents

Does the fact that two of David DePape’s webpages were not archived in the Internet Wayback Machine until after the attack on Paul Pelosi prove they were “fabricated” after the suspect’s arrest to smear conservatives? No, that’s not true: The webpages attributed to DePape were so small and obscure that they would likely not be archived in that database without someone submitting them, according to a spokesman for Archive.org. The pages were archived hours after police named David DePape as the person arrested for attacking House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband. Archive.org “patrons” manually used the “save this now” feature, the spokesman told Lead Stories, which saved a copy in case the original was taken down. The Wayback Machine doesn’t automatically archive every page on the web.

Fact Check: NO Evidence Two ‘Far-Right Websites’ Attributed to Pelosi Attack Suspect David DePape Were Faked

I haven’t really been following this story, except for a couple of internet searches earlier. I did see The Gateway Pundit claim and felt that it was stupid. Anyway, the Democrats are blaming MAGA supporters and MAGA supporters are blaming Antifa (because he supposedly lived in yellow bus in front of a house with a BLM sign—and a rainbow flag). He claims to have been radicalized by GamerGate in a couple of blog posts. He blogged about many things that really can’t be contributed to any one political ideology. At least one post that I recall seeing was a Jimmy Dore video and a couple were from Steve Turley and Mike Lindell. I saw at least one claim that he belonged to the Green Party, at one time. The man was homeless, with mental health issues, and an alleged drug addiction. I’m curious about his motive, (haven’t found one, yet, and may never since both sides want to control the narrative). Was it really because of a so-called political ideology or was he upset that Pelosi’s (or anyone in Congress, for that matter) done nothing for homelessness, etc?! If Congress did more to solve poverty, and homelessness, (instead of giving the Military Industrial Complex handouts) maybe they wouldn’t have to worry about “domestic extremism”?! Instead, they’ll just offer bandages, like gun control—maybe hammer control (joking)—rather than look into reasons why people become disgruntled with the ruling class?! Don’t forget to vote Blue because fascism or vote Red because lawlessness or something?! #SSDD 🙄

Biden to remark on Social Security, Medicare; strategy to end hunger in US includes more benefits

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Biden administration is laying out its plan to meet an ambitious goal of ending hunger in the U.S. by 2030, including expanding monthly benefits that help low-income Americans buy food.

Biden and the DNC want to censor text messages to stop ‘misinformation’ – well, ‘if it saves just one life,’ who needs privacy?

Yes, you read that correctly. The White House plans to interfere with people’s ability to send text messages if it doesn’t like what they say. This is not a question of whether one supports or rejects the Covid-19 vaccine campaign, or what one thinks about vaccines at all; this is the curtain being yanked back on the police state the US has long insisted it isn’t (but that all its enemies are). It’s Washington rearing up with bared teeth, concealing its scabrous pelt in a lab coat, and hoping you don’t see the claws grasping the syringe. The US gave up its moral authority regarding freedom of the press somewhere between the Pentagon Papers and the revelations of Operation Mockingbird, but interfering with the content of individual text messages sent between innocent civilians brings the nation much deeper into the thickets of fascism than it has ever dared venture before, to a spot where it seems intent on setting up shop permanently.

COVID-19 Vaccines Will NOT Lose Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) When ‘Everything Opens Back Up’

COVID-19 Vaccines Will NOT Lose Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) When ‘Everything Opens Back Up’

Lead Stories reached out to the FDA to ask about the post’s claim. A spokesperson responded by pointing us to this document, which gives vaccine EUA guidance. Specifically, it says (on page three, emphasis ours):

‘This EUA declaration is distinct from, and is not dependent on, the declaration by the Secretary of HHS of a public health emergency related to COVID-19, issued on January 31, 2020 and subsequently renewed, under section 319 of the PHS Act. See supra note 1. The issuance of an EUA for a COVID-19 vaccine is not based on that January 2020 declaration of a public health emergency and, therefore, an EUA may remain in effect beyond the duration of the public health emergency declaration if all other statutory conditions are met.’
