Stop the Ukrainian Myrotvorets kill list that targets children
Vanessa Beeley, Oct 29 2022
The hit list of the Ukrainian nationalists (aka “Myrotvorets”) that publishes personal information on the people deemed as “enemies of the Kiev regime” has been endangering the lives of children, journalists and ordinary people since 2014. The Russian Mission to the UN in Geneva has transmitted an open letter from the “Foundation to Battle Injustice” NGO to Volker Türk, the UNHCHR, regarding the malicious activities of “Myrotvorets.” The letter, signed by the journalists who are listed on the “Myrotvorets” and receive death threats, and the journalists who wish to stop these flagrant violations of human rights, calls on the UNHCHR to condemn the activities of “Myrotvorets.” The Russian Mission to the UN in Geneva joins this call and urges the High Commissioner to pay special attention, duly assess and publicly react to the existence and operation of “Myrotvorets,” which violates human rights and puts people’s lives in jeopardy. The Untold Truth Of Tulsi Gabbard
Hopefully, she stays an Independent. Update: Wasn’t impressed with her video. She seemed to imply that we don’t have the right to ‘freedom from religion’, which is false. As with Republicans, she complained about Conservatives being targeted but no mention of Biden also going after Socialists. The Biden Administration is going after anyone that isn’t satisfied with their policies! She seemed to be pandering to the right. 🤷🏼♀️

The Onion Files Hilarious Amicus Brief In An Important Case, And Actually Makes A Key Point In The Best Way Possible

In most cases, it does not do you any good to try to be funny in legal filings. In most cases, judges will not be that amused (even if those same judges sometimes try to make jokey rulings). In the world of the courts, the judges can be funny, but no one else should try. But every so often it works. The ACLU’s Eat Shit, Bob filing, for example, was pretty good.

ACERE Statement Condemning Senator Rubio’s Attempt to Intimidate and Harass Puentes de Amor
As Cuban-Americans and others came out on the streets of Miami on July 31 to oppose the over 60-year United States embargo against Cuba, Senator Marco Rubio decided to revive one of the ugliest and most condemned moments of U.S. history when he chose to engage in McCarthyist tactics and launch a campaign against U.S. citizens demanding diplomacy and engagement with Cuba, instead of continuing a failed policy of isolation and punishment.
