Regarding, my earlier post: MoA, apparently, has an unpopular analysis among independent analysts. Personally, I don’t think it matters what anyone else thinks about it, except for Russia. I’m just presenting a machine translation (my German is limited to guten tag) of everything Merkel said regarding the topic.
