ER Editor: Kudos to Scott Ritter for appealing to the research trail that sets this Russophobic myth straight. It’s interesting how Google supports the myth in its first search results. By now, biased online search results should set the alarm bells ringing.

French-Canadian journalist Guy Boulianne has reported on his website that the online database known as Mirotvorets (or Myrtvorets — meaning “Peacekeeper”) has been using a facial recognition technology known as NeuroIdentigraf to improve its search for “enemies of Ukraine” around the globe.

[2015] NATO is behind the site of Ukrainian nationalists “Peacemaker”
Vanessa Beeley, Oct 29 2022
The hit list of the Ukrainian nationalists (aka “Myrotvorets”) that publishes personal information on the people deemed as “enemies of the Kiev regime” has been endangering the lives of children, journalists and ordinary people since 2014. The Russian Mission to the UN in Geneva has transmitted an open letter from the “Foundation to Battle Injustice” NGO to Volker Türk, the UNHCHR, regarding the malicious activities of “Myrotvorets.” The letter, signed by the journalists who are listed on the “Myrotvorets” and receive death threats, and the journalists who wish to stop these flagrant violations of human rights, calls on the UNHCHR to condemn the activities of “Myrotvorets.” The Russian Mission to the UN in Geneva joins this call and urges the High Commissioner to pay special attention, duly assess and publicly react to the existence and operation of “Myrotvorets,” which violates human rights and puts people’s lives in jeopardy. The Grayzone’s Max Blumenthal speaks to Faina Savenkova, a 13-year-old resident of the Lugansk Republic who was placed on the Myrotvorets (Peacemaker) “kill list” of the Ukrainian government after she issued a call to the United Nations for an end to the war she has lived through since 2014.
Meera Terada also joins to provide background on the role of Myrotvorets in the killing of many journalists and doxxing of hundreds of children, and to identify the Ukrainian officials and public figures behind the disturbing website.

Journalist Daria Dugina was killed in Russia on Saturday night. I would hardly have known who she was if my friends hadn’t told me that she and her father, Alexander Dugin, were included on the Myrotvorets website, and everyone knew their details. Of course, you don’t have to listen to me, because I’m a child. But for the third year I have been trying to reach out to all world leaders and organizations. All this time I hear jokes that it’s honorable and great to be in the database of this site. But yesterday there was another murder. It’s not for me to figure out who is to blame for this and how it happened. Now I’m just really sorry for Daria’s parents.
