I found no support in my research for his characterization. The Day of Remembrance of the Victims of the Holodomor was instituted in the Ukraine 20 years ago.  Not in order to (actually) honor their memories, but in order to win an election.  And so it has remained ever since:  An annual injection of lies and hatred.
