I’ve uploaded the latest update to my paper on Project Myoushu to my documents page. It’s not finished yet, but I have polished it up some and added more resources. I’ve pushed back my deadline as I haven’t been able to work on it as much as I’ve wanted to.

There’s an information war going on in the South China Sea (using embedded journalists, civil society activists, and various US think tanks). The Philippines plans on building a military base, on the disputed Second Thomas Shoal, to replace the BRP Sierra Madre (which is about to break apart).
