Sep 3, 2022 – During a recent press conference, White House spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre explicitly declared that anyone who disagrees with the majority of Americans is, by definition, an extremist. She intended for her remarks to be about Trump’s MAGA supporters, but could have just as easily meant her own boss, Joe Biden, who adopts a decidedly minority position on a number of issues, including opposition to Medicare for All and marijuana legalization as well as refusing to push for a $15 federal minimum wage. Guess Biden’s the extremist, after all!

On the call, Blinken also urged Russia to act on its commitments to end a blockade on Ukrainian ports, in order to allow grain exports. He reiterated his concern about Russia potentially annexing additional parts of Ukraine — or, as he put it, Putin “gobbling up as much Ukrainian territory as he can.”
