NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg announced Monday that the alliance will increase its high-readiness force from 40,000 troops to over 300,000 as part of a plan he called “the biggest overhaul of our collective defense and deterrence since the Cold War.”

US Prepares to Oust Erdoğan
After Recep Tayyip Erdoğan officially announced his intention to run in the upcoming 2023 presidential elections in Turkey, the current White House administration gave a clear signal to its Western “allies” to intensify the campaign against the current Turkish leader and prepare measures to oust him. Although there is no talk of a coup d’état in Turkey yet, the ouster of Erdoğan as a result of the elections has become quite clear.

While Erdogan bargains with the USA, the Turkish opposition makes friends with the US elites
Not reacting to the position of the country’s authorities regarding Sweden and Finland in NATO, the Turkish opposition is afraid of losing the friendship with the Americans, which has long existed and is maintained. For example, as soon as Flake took office in early 2022, he visited the opposition mayor of Istanbul Ekrem Imamoglu, with whom he discussed Turkish-US relations.
Replacing Erdogan has been the US’ objective for a while. His objection to Sweden and Finland joining NATO just exacerbates it. I’m sure many so-called anti-imperialists will applaud it but I don’t agree with the US meddling in any country! It’s always for the worst!
NATO runs into multipolar world order
Germans say the moment of truth for most children comes at the end of Grade 4 when primary education ends in Grundschule. By that reckoning, North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) at 73 is in “second childishness and mere oblivion / Sans teeth, sans eyes, sans taste, sans everything” — to borrow from Jaques’ famous soliloquy in Shakespeare’s As you Like It.

“Turkey is a threat to Syria” But the US and Israel aren’t?
Read the Jerusalem post oped below keeping in mind that that Israel has long been allied with the PKK kurds. Keeping in mind that ‘greater kurdistan’ and ‘greater Israel’ are the pillars/instruments of extended Israeli/ US powers in the middle east and central asia challenging the Silk Road/Belt and Road initiative. This topic was written about for many years at my censored by big tech (Google) prior site. At some point in time I’ll drag over some additional pertinent reports, besides the two that are included below the oped!

Turkey urges Russia to fulfill deals to clear N. Syria of terrorists
Ankara says it must act because Washington and Moscow failed to keep their promise to push the YPG 30 kilometers (18 miles) from the border after a 2019 Turkish operation, adding that attacks from YPG-controlled areas have increased.
…
In 2019, an operation into northeast Syria against the YPG drew widespread international condemnation, prompting Finland, Sweden and others to restrict arms sales to Turkey. Now Turkey is blocking the two Nordic countries’ historic bid to join NATO because of the weapons ban and their support of the terrorist group.

U.S. empire seeks to use Ukraine to destabilize Eurasia, in the model of how it destroyed Yugoslavia

The U.S. empire has a playbook for balkanizing countries. It inflames ethnic tensions by fabricating atrocity stories, and spreading them around in the areas where it wants conflict to arise. To do this, it singles out an ethnic group (represented by a vilified government) and paints it as a perpetrator of genocide. It backs terrorist groups to fight against the demonized government, or installs leaders that will fulfill Washington’s goals for proxy warfare, or both. It provokes the targeted country into responding, then imposes sanctions on the country. It uses “humanitarian” narratives to give the region’s breakup the illusion of having occurred organically, and of having been done in response to human rights abuses or war crimes supposedly committed by the target.

Turkey’s new Syria operation: A message to NATO
Under Erdoğan’s leadership, Turkish diplomacy has transformed from being a mere puppet of the Western agenda to one that prioritizes the security and interests of its citizens, be it in Africa, the East Mediterranean region or elsewhere. Also, with Erdoğan’s famous “the world is bigger than five” motto, Turkey proposes a comprehensive reform in global governance for a more just international system. It is time Turkey’s Western allies also learn this new language and approach of Turkish foreign policy.
