Citing meetings he had with political leaders in Kiev, the Ukrainian capital, Pompeo said they were disappointed with the response of the United States and the European Union to the recent events culminating in the plebiscite in which Crimea voted to leave Ukraine and join Russia.

Just showing that Pompeo was part of the lie and that Crimea did vote to join Russia. Was surprised to see that included in an article with Pompeo, a US Official. The White House doesn’t acknowledge that Crimea is legitimately part of Russia, let alone voted. I am assuming Pompeo was a Congressman in 2014?
