Catherine Perez-Shakdam: The “Israeli Spy” Who “Infiltrated” MintPress

A storm of controversy erupted earlier this year in Iran, after local media outlets announced that a “Mossad spy” and “Israeli infiltrator” had gained the trust of the country’s senior leadership, penetrated into the highest halls of power, and had even been employed as a writer for Ayatollah Khamenei himself.

The FTX Collapse Is Also a Huge Campaign Finance Scandal

Sam Bankman-Fried was set to testify before Congress on Tuesday, but before he could appear, he was arrested in the Bahamas. Not surprisingly, most of the charges he’s facing involve allegations of fraud related to the collapse of FTX, his crypto-trading platform. Only the plurality of information can prevent war

By Thierry Meyssan

Everywhere in the world, we observe a multiplicity of media, but no pluralism among them. All refer to the same sources which convey the same vision of the facts. However, we all know that if the facts exist in a unique way, the way we perceive them is multiple. Already in the 80’s, UNESCO had highlighted “information imperialism”; this way of imposing a single perception and denying all the others. Today, this domination is manifested with the News Checkers. The only way to free ourselves from this system is not to create new media, but new news agencies.

Faina Savenkova: I would not want to live in the kind of “right” society where there is only one side’s opinion.

I didn’t think I would pay attention to the story about YouTube blocking my interview on the channel of British journalist Mike Jones [iEarlGrey]. If you look at what platforms and social networks like YouTube and Facebook and the media in Europe and America have been doing to the Russian channels RT, Sputnik, and many others over the past few years, it comes as no surprise at all. Can you imagine me as a child of Donbass, for example, on CNN? Or the New York Times? Spiegel? I don’t think so. What I and many other war survivors say is of no interest to those publications and platforms, which I’m not surprised about either.
