It defines Washington’s main objectives on the African continent, and details the goals it intends to pursue and the mechanisms of cooperation.

Several distinct characters appear in the pictures. Some were displaying foreign badges, US, British, German or Polish ones. Bezsonov reports that foreign mercenaries [or also special operations forces (SOF) from the West, possibly decommissioned in the context ?] were involved in this Ukrainian recce formation. During fighting, they were bearing the blue armband of the Ukrainian national guard, not the yellow one of the regular army

US partially lifts Iran sanctions

Iranian officials have already alleged that forces from “outside the country” are working to stir up unrest over Amini’s death. On the same day that protesters first took to the streets in Iran, China warned fellow members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, which Iran joined that day, to beware of foreign-instigated “color revolutions.”

The English-language Ukrainian The Kyiv Independent newspaper recently published its research about the International Legion, a volunteer group in Ukraine founded by initiative of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to fight against Russian forces. The paper targets a section of the legion affiliated with the Ukrainian Defense Ministry’s Reconnaissance Department that performs special tasks on the front line in the fight against the Russian invasion.
