There’s been much in the western media made of this speech from 3/25/22, characterizing what is said as stepping back from the original game plan of the “special military operation” in Ukraine. The takeaway from the US President Joe Biden’s European tour on March 25-26 is measly. Dissenting voices are rising in Europe as western sanctions against Russia start backfiring with price hikes and shortages of fuel and electricity.
