US policies pushing China, Philippines to brink of conflict

There’s an information war going on in the South China Sea (using embedded journalists, civil society activists, and various US think tanks). The Philippines plans on building a military base, on the disputed Second Thomas Shoal, to replace the BRP Sierra Madre (which is about to break apart). Marcos is also re-starting oil exploration, in the Reed Bank, which is part of the disputed territory.

Ukraine War Awareness: Cope Cages, etc

So, it’s very ironic that, when Israel, one of the most powerful militaries in the world, and definitely a regional super power, puts Anti-Drone Grenade Cages on their Merkava IV Tanks, I don’t see anybody on Twitter laughing.. Because it’s Anti-Russian BIAS for the SAKE of Anti-Russian Bias…

Of additional relevance, attempts have been made to ruin Russia’s careful balancing act between Israel and Hamas/Palestine. Why did Israel allow a public diplomacy disaster?

Freedom of the press is important and critical in any situation, especially now. However, Israel’s public diplomacy officials must issue an unequivocal directive that prohibits live media events of this kind in the future. The public’s right to know is important, but not when national security is at stake. In such times, the public can suffice with a recorded and supervised message.
