We are very happy to bring you this excerpt from Colonel Jacques Baud’s latest book, The Russian Art of War: How the West Led Ukraine to Defeat (L’art de la guerre russe: Comment l’occident conduire l’ukraine a la echec). This is a detailed study of the two-year old conflict in which the West has brutally used the Ukrainians to pursue an old pipedream: the conquest of Russia.

Only the plurality of information can prevent war
By Thierry Meyssan
Everywhere in the world, we observe a multiplicity of media, but no pluralism among them. All refer to the same sources which convey the same vision of the facts. However, we all know that if the facts exist in a unique way, the way we perceive them is multiple. Already in the 80’s, UNESCO had highlighted “information imperialism”; this way of imposing a single perception and denying all the others. Today, this domination is manifested with the News Checkers. The only way to free ourselves from this system is not to create new media, but new news agencies.

How Canada Created the R2P Doctrine, with Myanmar as its Next Potential Victim
By Daniel Xie – September 2, 2022
On September 21, 2021, Myanmar’s National Unity Government (NUG), a government-in-exile formed by supporters of former state counselor Aung San Suu Kyi declared a “people’s defensive war” against the Tatmadaw (another name for the armed forces of Myanmar). Suu Kyi’s party, the National League for Democracy (NLD), was overthrown by the Tatmadaw in February 2021. On a video broadcast on Facebook, NUG acting president Duwa Lashi La declared a “public revolution” against military “terrorists”. This declaration of open war comes after months of sporadic armed resistance by various anti-government civilian militias and ethnic militias.

On the OSCE’s claims of Russian war crimes
by Eva K Bartlett
A report is circulating, alleging Russian war crimes in Ukraine. I’ll start by saying I’ve only skimmed the report as I’m in the DPR at the moment and don’t want to waste time reading what I already know to be lies based on dubious sources, much as the UN did in Syria [see: Guilty until proven innocent (again): UN report on alleged Russian ‘war crimes’ in Syria is based on]

A Decade of War Lies Crescendo Amid the New ‘Red Scare’

by Josh Everson | March 11, 2022
It’s tragically comic, but the new wave of Americans’ interest in U.S. foreign policy, characterized by blue and yellow profile pics and bans of Russian vodka, cats, and Tchaikovsky, has this writer actually longing for Americans’ famously steadfast apathy of years gone by. Whereas, Americans once were unified in their utter disinterest bordering on discontent for the victims of its foreign policy, today Americans on both sides of the aisle are unified against “the Red Menace” and in the need for a humanitarian intervention to save Ukraine.

Cutting Through the Fog Masking ‘a New Page in the Art of War’
In the larger geopolitical spectrum, the non-stop war of attrition by the Empire against Russia with Ukraine as a pawn is a war against the New Silk Roads; Maidan in 2014 took place only a few months after the launching of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), then OBOR (One Belt, One Road) in Kazakhstan and Indonesia. It’s also a war on the Russian concept of Greater Eurasia Partnership. In sum: it’s an all-out war on Eurasia integration.
