“Autocrats only understand one word: no, no, no. No you will not take my country, no you will not take my freedom, no you will not take my future… A dictator bent on rebuilding an empire will never be able to ease the people’s love of liberty. Brutality will never grind down the will of the free.”—President Biden
Oh, the hypocrisy.

This is not a race

When Emmanuel Macron complained to Biden that the Inflation Reduction Act will hurt European businesses I made fun of him. I made fun of all the European politicians who complained about the IRA because, really, it has always been pathetic to assume someone other than yourself should take care of you and your strategic interests because you’re friends.

Why Not Defund the Military?
Amidst all the talk about defunding the police, notice something important: No one talks about defunding the military. That’s because the military establishment is too powerful and has come to be accepted as a permanent feature in American life. Except for libertarians, everyone treats the military as their god.
Why Not Defund the Military?
Not sure if he’s correct about military capabilities but I can get behind defunding the military!
NATO countries’ silence on Novoaidar strike proves their involvement
NATO countries’ silence on Novoaidar strike proves their involvement
The deliberate attack at an operating medical facility and targeted killing of civilians is “grave war crime by the Kiev regime and its western colleagues,” Russian diplomats said. “A lack of reaction from the USA and other NATO countries to this horrible trampling of international humanitarian law by Kiev is another proof of their direct involvement in the conflict and crimes which are being committed.”
In so doing, they are demonstrating a double standards policy. “The West, together with Kiev, got hysterical in connection with the provocative fake “crimes” of the Russian army in Bucha and Irpen which had never really happened, but keep turning a blind eye to outrages and barbaric actions by the Nazi Kiev regime which kills civilians with American, British, French and German weapons. They dash around with the ideas to set up an illegitimate “tribunal” against Russia, but say nothing about the trial of the Ukrainian leadership and military for their obvious daily crimes. The clumsy tactic is an apparent attempt to divert attention from one’s responsibility for their perpetration.

Russia Accuses Ukraine of Killing 14 in Hospital Strike Using US-Provided HIMARS
In August 2022, a Ukrainian intelligence official said that Kyiv had to consult with US officials before launching HIMARS strikes and that the US has veto power over the attacks. “So it makes the US directly complicit. US taxpayers should be aware of how their money is used,” Polyansky added.
The US wins the Ukraine war
by Gabor Steingart
The US supports Ukraine like no other country in the world. But this help is not completely selfless. Because even Joe Biden has nothing to give away. The US President relies on “arming on credit”. Germany, on the other hand, can only hope that the war will soon end not far from its front door.

Here is the Truth: Medicare Advantage Is Neither Medicare Nor an Advantage
Right now, well-funded lobbyists from big health insurance companies are leading a campaign on Capitol Hill to get Members of Congress and Senators of both parties to sign on to a letter designed to put them on the record “expressing strong support” for the scam that is Medicare Advantage.

House Republican Introduces Resolution to Place Bust of Zelensky in the Capitol
Rep. Joe Wilson (R-SC) introduced a bill this week that would place a bust of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in the House wing of the US Capitol building, an idea that was strongly criticized by more conservative GOP members.

How Much it Actually Costs to Fly U.S. Military Aircraft
The F-35 Joint Strike Fighter costs $41,986 an hour across all models, including the F-35A for the Air Force, the F-35B for the Marine Corps, and the F-35C for the Marine Corps and Navy. The Air Force in particular is stuck with the headache of replacing the F-16, which costs $26,927 an hour, with a plane that costs 25 percent more to operate, permanently raising costs. This is especially a problem as the F-35 was originally promised to cost the same to operate as the F-16. The Air Force must now either buy fewer F-35s or figure out how to foot a bigger annual bill.
The Holodomor Myth
ER Editor: Kudos to Scott Ritter for appealing to the research trail that sets this Russophobic myth straight. It’s interesting how Google supports the myth in its first search results. By now, biased online search results should set the alarm bells ringing.
