But pockets of protesters roamed the Capitol square with long guns over their shoulders.
That included Duncan Lemp, 21, who said he came to the protest to exercise his rights. He explained his decision to carry a rifle because “free men don’t ask permission.” Lemp declined to say where he’s from other than he’s a Wisconsin resident.
“People have given up their rights so quickly for safety, and it scares me,” Lemp said.
Of course no one will question the use of someone, who shares the same name, of a man was murdered by police in Maryland?!
Wisconsin ‘Safer At Home’ Order Issued: 30 Days
Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers formally issued a “Safer At Home” order Tuesday morning. It will last for 30 days.
“There will be a convention in Milwaukee,” Barrett said Wednesday in an interview with the Journal Sentinel. “All systems are go.”

Says the man asking Govenor Evers to declare an emergency.
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) and Public Health Madison and Dane County announced today that a third person has tested positive for COVID-19. The person was exposed while traveling in the United States and is currently isolated at home. County health officials are working to determine the people who have been in contact with the patient to isolate or quarantine people and test those who are exhibiting symptoms.
